Annual Risk Reviews – A yearly review and analysis of your current policies to ensure your insurance protection adequately meets your business circumstances and needs. After reviewing your policies, we will discuss your policy benefits with you, and make recommendations if necessary.
Complimentary Notary/Fax/Copy Service – Send and receive faxes, make copies or notarize your important documents from the convenience of our office.
24-Hour Agency Emergency Claim Line – This line is available in the event of an emergency after our regular business hours. Contact our 24-Hour Emergency Line by dialing our office number. Request extension 16, and leave a message. Donna or Michelle will return your call, and guide you through the insurance process.
Semi-Annual Payroll/Sales Audit Reviews – For each policy term, we will contact your business at the six-month and nine-month marks to review payroll and sales figures, ensuring you are prepared for audit reviews, and subsequent billings that occur at the end of that term
Experience Modification Analysis – Each year, upon renewal, Sava will offer a Modification Analysis to any Business Select accounts where Workers Compensation exists. The Modification Analysis software allows us to see if there are any errors in the insured’s Experience Modification assigned by the National Workers Compensation Council. Often times, data is entered or reported incorrectly, thus the mod is incorrect. In addition to verifying the mod, we can also do an analysis of your mod for the upcoming year, to help anticipate costs.
