13th Annual Walk Across Southeastern CT | TBBCF

Each year the SAVA Team, AKA The SAVA Sole Sisters, starts out Breast Cancer Awareness month with the Terri Brodeur Breast Cancer Foundation (TBBCF) Walk across Southeastern CT. Team members can choose to walk a quarter, half, or full marathon. The TBBCF was established in 2006 by two friends, Norma Logan and Sandy Maniscalco, who realized the need for a new kind of fundraising organization. It was established to honor Terri Brodeur, who succumbed to the disease in 2005 after a two-year battle with breast cancer. Norma died of breast cancer six months after Terri.
